The Senseo coffee maker was designed by Philips, the Holland-based electronics company. The Philips Senseo coffee makers utilize a patented technology that involves a unique spray head that sends out mild water pressure to filter through a coffee pod, resulting in an optimal blend of coffee and water and producing a delicious, perfectly brewed cup of gourmet coffee. The Dutch coffee roasting company of Douwe Egbert has developed special coffee pods to go with the Philips Senseo coffee maker.
To brew a fresh cup of coffee all you need to do is pour water into the water reservoir. Place a coffee pod in the pod holder and push the on button. Within 30 seconds your coffee will be perfectly brewed and ready for you to enjoy. Not only that but clean up is easy. There are no messy coffee grinds to contend with and all the detachable parts can go straight into the dishwasher. Senseo Coffee Machine HD 7810
The Senseo HD 7810 coffee maker is the original machine. It features a 1450 watt boiler, and results in a perfectly fresh brewed cup (or two cups) of coffee in about thirty seconds. This coffee maker is ideal for those who like to brew one fresh cup at a time, or who have several members in the household or office who like different blends of coffee. For each individual cup, just choose the coffee pod you want to use and push the on button.

The Deluxe model also has an adjustable spout, which enables larger coffee cups to fit under the spout, and has a larger water reservoir (32 ounces).
Senseo Supreme (HD 7832/55) Single Serve Gourmet Coffee Maker
The Senseo Supreme coffee maker has every feature that the original and deluxe versions have. In addition the Philips Senseo HD 7832 coffee maker features an LCD display that shows the water level of the water reservoir and also features a coffee volume selection which gives you the ability to choose how many ounces of coffee you would like to brew, from three to ten ounces.
The Senseo coffee maker is a great choice for people who enjoy a freshly brewed cup of gourmet coffee. It is also very convenient, with easy clean up and easy operating. If you are a heavy coffee drinker this may not be the machine for you, but if you enjoy one cup at a time the Senseo coffee makers are a great choice.
